Vinyasa Flow

One breath, one movement — a moving meditation. Your guide will give minimal cues, allowing you to get into your own body. Expect your heart rate to rise and a little sweat. This class is practiced in a room heated to 90 degrees.

Sequence 26

Build strength and flexibility by stacking 26 ancient yoga postures in the same sequence every class. Each pose is held for about one minute. You’ll build heat, hone your focus, and quiet your mind. This class is practiced in a room heated to 100 degrees. 

Yin

This slow, quiet practice works deep into the layers of your body. All postures are seated or reclined and held for a minute or longer, as you’re encouraged to let gravity do its work. Lower anxiety as you activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

Our flagship class that incorporates postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama). This class brings balance and grounding, and is great for all levels. Return to this practice again and again to center yourself and let go of “the rest.”

Yoga Classes

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Ideal for treating musculoskeletal issues, and releasing specific areas of tension and pain. Utilizes more focused and firmer pressure as well as trigger point therapy to break up adhesions.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

A gentle hands-on technique for relieving compression in the bones of the head (cranial) and sacrum (sacral). Helps improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which can ease pain and release emotional and physical stress.

What you think of as a classic massage. Long strokes with light-to-medium pressure for a full body relaxation experience.
